"Bulgaria is on the verge of entering a debt spiral. Quick and adequate measures must be taken". This was stated by Stefan Yanev, chairman of "Bulgarian Rise", in the studio of "Crossroads". According to him, the balance between the expenditure and revenue parts of the state budget is broken. "We as politicians in the parliament must take care of the Bulgarians' money – when we talk about the budget, these are our taxes," he added, pointing out that the balance could be achieved with better transparency and spending cuts, as well as measures to increase collections, without raising taxes.< br /> He pointed out that "Bulgarian rise" there is an Economic Program for the Development of Bulgaria. As a specialist in the military sphere and former Minister of Defense, Yanev commented on the loss of the two pilots near "Graf Ignatievo": "In my work, I have always tried to put the interests of Bulgaria and the Bulgarian army first. "The biggest sin of the political class is underfunding the army," he said. According to him, problems arise when modernization and training programs are not conducted in a timely manner.
