MFA: Electoral papers and voting machines abroad have been sent to all polling stations

Bulgarian citizens abroad will be able to vote in a total of 719 polling stations in 57 countries. The most sections will be opened in Turkey - 168, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland - 112, Germany - 66, Spain - 64, USA - 53, Italy - 27, Netherlands - 25, Greece - 23, France - 17, Austria and Belgium by 16, Canada – 15 sections.

MFA: Electoral papers and voting machines abroad have been sent to all polling stations  - 1

Electoral papers, materials and voting machines were successfully prepared and transported to all polling stations outside the country, where Bulgarian citizens abroad will be able to exercise their right to vote. This was announced from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, quoted by Nova TV. Bulgarian citizens abroad will be able to vote in a total of 719 polling stations in 57 countries.
The most sections will be opened in Turkey – 168, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland – 112, Germany – 66, Spain – 64, USA – 53, Italy – 27, Netherlands - 25, Greece – 23, France – 17, Austria and Belgium each 16, Canada – 15 sections.

Machine voting will take place in a total of 157 sections – 79 machines in Turkey, 21 in Germany, 14 in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, 6 each in Spain and the USA, 5 each in Austria and Greece, 4 in the Netherlands, 3 each in France and Belgium, 2 each in Canada, Cyprus , Czech Republic and Switzerland, 1 machine each in Luxembourg, Norway and Serbia.

By October 25, 2024, the last consignments of bulletins and papers, which are already traveling with couriers such as diplomatic mail to distant destinations by air transport, will arrive – Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Iceland, Norway, UAE, Algeria, Georgia, Russia and China, as well as to some countries in the Balkans by road transport.

The information on the addresses is updated when there are changes, therefore we recommend our compatriots to check the specific addresses, including the day before the elections.
