The weather in the country today will be dynamic, BNR reported.
Cloudiness will increase again and precipitation will continue during the day, more in quantity in the southern regions. The wind from the northwest will strengthen, it will be moderate, in the Danube Plain, the Upper Thracian Lowland and along the Struma Valley - temporarily strong and with it cold air will quickly blow in.
With the cold weather after noon and during the night on Monday in the Fore-Balkans, in the high fields in Western Bulgaria and in Ludogorie, the rain will mix and turn into snow. There will be less precipitation in the Danube Plain.
Temperatures will be between 5° and 10°, in the southeastern regions up to 13-14°. In Sofia, the minimum temperature will be around 4°, the maximum - around 6°.
In the mountains it will be cloudy with rain, above 1600 meters - with snow, but with the decrease in temperatures the rain-snow boundary will decrease. A strong wind will blow from the northwest, on the high ridges and peaks - from the southwest. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be around 0°, at 2000 meters - around minus 5°.
On the Black Sea coast it will be cloudy with rain, in more places and more in quantity on the southern coast. The maximum temperatures will be 12°-14°. The sea water temperature is 9°-10°.
