This cabinet is formally supported by Dogan's MRF, whose political goal is to prevent Peevski from coming to power, but it turns out that Peevski is in the cabinet and they are outside it, which is worthy of a Woody Allen plot. No one imagined that it was possible to have a ruling opposition in the face of Peevski and some people in the face of Dogan who play a supporting role but have no power - this is quite strange. I don't know how stable this structure is and how long it will last - this is what PP-DB MP Yavor Bozhankov said in "The Day Begins with Georgi Lyubenov".
He congratulated Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov for the decisions he is making, although "the ruling majority is not very convinced, because the BSP is also participating. People like Gutsanov, who are extreme Russophiles".
"I don't know how convinced the ruling majority is in this foreign policy, but still Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov has good foreign policy positions so far".
According to Bozhankov, when you want a vote of no confidence, two questions must be answered - First - with whom? For him, partnership with "pro-Russian parties, radioactive elements such as the "Vazrazhdane" party, "Velichy" and MECH - such a partnership is absolutely impossible". He was categorical that "joint political actions with them are unacceptable". They are isolated in parliament, he added, and that's how it should be".
The second question, according to him, is the following: "If this cabinet still falls, I am convinced that it will not last very long, the big question is what kind of cabinet will we make then?".
The Eurozone is a common political, supranational goal, said the PP-DB MP.
"If the government achieves such success, I think it will be risky the next day to say "we want early elections now and immediately". Because, as the jargon says, that's when the cabinet will celebrate this huge victory, and it is undoubtedly for all of Bulgaria.
He stated that he is "skeptical" about the vote. The reason - the surveys show that there is no change in electoral support. GERB is standing firm, he stated, and we from PP-DB do not have sufficient support to offer a management alternative. When, he said, "there is a change in electoral attitudes on the ground, we will demand early elections".
Borisov is already talking about a weapons factory - when, how, in which place, how long this investment will take - is not clear, the MP stated.
"It is clear, however, that a Bulgarian investor is currently planning to shift his production from Bulgaria to Romania, and we will once again see how our investments go to our northern neighbor. These are the kinds of things that will put an end to this government".
It is not healthy to talk from morning to night that everything depends on Peevski. That is what he wants, said Yavor Bojankov. The problem is not that Peevski is very strong, but that we are weak, added the PP-DB MP.
We are to blame for allowing Peevski into power, he said.
