Protest in Suhindol against photovoltaic park

In Suhindol, people will protest because of the idea of a huge investment intention to build a photovoltaic park with an area that, according to eyewitnesses, already exceeds 1000 acres, without proper public discussion.

According to the dissatisfied people, over 400 acres of green areas and trees have been cut down so far without information about the impact on the environment and without the participation of the affected citizens. In their position, the Suhindol municipality explains that the selected terrain is low-productive land that is not used for active agriculture and will not affect arable land, private properties or protected areas.
