After the scandal with the unaccounted 7.4 billion spent on activities of dubious nature by 12,000 NGOs, a new financial bomb exploded in Brussels. It amounts to 9,842,534 euros. This amount is intended for the campaign called "European Quran" or "EuQu" - which aims to present the Muslim bible as compatible with European values.
This was commented on "Facebook" Bozhidar Chekov.
Scientists from several Western universities began this huge work in 2019 and will complete it in 2026. In addition to the holy book, translated, adapted and acceptable to society, researchers from the European Research Institute, which has the budget, will organize conferences and symposia in various Western cities. Bulgaria and Greece, EU member states and contributors to the development of science and culture on the Old Continent, do not seem to be included in the tours of the creators of the "EuQu" program.
Between the lines of the publications published to date, the idea that the Quran is an integral part of European culture, history and religion is evident. Napoleon, who read the Quran before invading Egypt, is cited as evidence.
The truth is completely different. After the French army defeated the Mamluk army at the Pyramids, General Bonaparte realized that in order to conquer the local people, he had to approach them with diplomacy, cunning, and tact. Like Fernando Cortes after his victory over the Aztecs, he resorted to religion. Cortes pretended to be Christ, Bonaparte pretended to be Mohammed. The Spaniard succeeded, the Corsican failed. He fired his last bullet and fled Egypt, abandoning his army. Instead of admitting that the example of Napoleon proves intolerance between Muslims and Christians, researchers claim the exact opposite.
The period of the program begins in the 12th century and ends in the 19th. The reaction in the Christian world is so violent that in the heated debate, the period cited above is unlikely to be observed. Above all, the centuries-old desire of the Arabs to create a world Caliphate without borders, in which Sharia law would prevail, is being carefully concealed. A desire most convincingly exposed by Kemal Ataturk.
Fortunately or unfortunately, information about this initiative leaked out precisely on "Palm Sunday" for Orthodox Christians or "Les Rameaux" for Catholics. A day on which the immortality of the Christian spirit is celebrated in anticipation of the Resurrection of the Savior.
