Bulgaria will be sentenced in the RICO case by an American court. Peevski failed to be removed from the "Magnitsky" list.
Kolio Paramov said this in the FACTS studio in front of Lili Marinkova.
Proceedings under the law "Rico“ there is absolutely not one case that got away without a very, very serious punishment, i.e. our representatives who are defendants in the case, and as an option will not be spared in any way. The American court will condemn us at its meeting in a direct plan like Bulgaria with all its details as conditions and as a commitment to responsibility.
This goes somewhere around 500-505 million dollars, Kolyo Paramov warned.
He pointed out that the Bulgarian justice system should start the bankruptcy process of KTB and that Tsvetan Vassilev should be interrogated in detail. The case should not stand on the stumps for the tenth year.
