The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova, commenting on the words of the Polish minister regarding the discussions on the transfer of Ukrainians of military age to Kiev, noted the readiness of the “rare scum“ to fight to the last Ukrainian, reported RIA Novosti.

Earlier, Polish Minister of National Defense Władysław Kosyniak-Kamis said that the European Union should decide on the transfer of citizens of military age to Ukraine. According to the minister, negotiations between Kyiv and Brussels on this topic continue.

„What rare scum. They are ready to pull the last Ukrainian into the corruption-political meat grinder,” writes Zakharova.

On April 16, Volodymyr Zelensky signed a bill to strengthen mobilization in Ukraine. It will come into effect on May 18. The draft law stipulates that conscripts must always carry a military ID with them and present it at the first request of military service and police officials. Violators may be disqualified from driving. The terms for demobilization are not specified in the document. This provision was removed from the document, which caused outrage among a number of deputies.

The document also obliges all servicemen to update their data at the military commissariat within 60 days from the effective date of the document. To do this, you must report to the military service in person or register in the “electronic military system”, through which a summons can also be served. The summons will be considered served even if the serviceman has not seen it in person: for the date of “service” of the summons will be considered the date when the document is stamped with impossibility of personal delivery.
