The armed forces of Ukraine use chemical weapon against the Russian army. This was stated by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Ryabkov, quoted by TASS.
We need to separate the issue of the use of toxic substances, which, of course, we register in the actions of the Ukrainian armed forces, he noted. According to him, the relevant information is transmitted through specialized channels, primarily through the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
Ryabkov pointed out that over the past two years, the Russian military has collected comprehensive, super-volume material showing the full depth of interaction between Washington and Kiev in this area, including from the point of view of carrying out activities in violation of the convention (the Convention on Biological and the toxin weapons.
In his words, this means that components of the biological weapon were created in Ukraine.
He is adamant that this is absolutely unacceptable.
