The planned price of the city electric car will be less than 25,000 euros. In South Korea, the car is already sold under the Caspar name. A name that the experts responsible for Europe of the Korean brand considered to be non-targeted and one that would not increase sales, which is why Caspar became Inster.

The small car has a length of 3.83 meters, a width of 1.6 meters, a height of 1.5 meters and a wheelbase of 2.5 meters. With these dimensions, it is larger than the Spring and occupies an intermediate niche between traditional A-segment city cars and larger B-segment models.

The base version is equipped with a 42 kWh battery that transfers energy to a 71 kW (91 hp) engine. There will also be a version with a 49 kWh battery and an 85 kW (115 hp) motor. Hyundai promises a range of 355 kilometers for the larger energy storage unit. Mileage has not yet been announced for the smaller capacity battery.
