Vanya Nusheva: Voting screens are an unresolved issue. There was a ball rolling about the parameters - 1

"Many challenges related to the election process follow. In the first place is the explanatory campaign. It will help us remember how voting is done by machines and by paper. In the second place - the training of RIC and SIC. We have no change in the legislation, but this is one of the weak points in the organization of the electoral process. In the next place - the organization of the vote abroad - there are not enough members of the SEC, and this makes their work difficult". This is what he said on the air of the show "Your Day". on NovaNews Alexander Andreev, former chairman of the CEC.
"Over 100 devices had a bug issue when printing the receipt. The parameters and technical characteristics are determined by the CEC. The MC wants to assist the commission in solving this problem, which does not allow normal machine voting to take place," he added.

For her part, the expert on electoral systems and political sciences Vanya Nusheva shared that the cabinet had an active approach to the election process. "Some of the proposals, for example for a register of seals, were too much for the CEC, it took similar measures. It is good to have communication between the commission and the government. Another unresolved issue is the voting screens. There was a passing of the ball on the parameters, and that matters because each municipality organizes the process according to the materials available to it. In the dark rooms, the ballot can be filmed. A unified vision for the screens is needed," she commented.
