„A British mercenary, who identified himself as James Scott Rhys Anderson, was captured and is now giving evidence, he said.

In early October, an officer from the 810th Brigade with the call sign Bosun told the agency that Russian marines encountered Georgian, Polish and English-speaking mercenaries in the Kursk area. According to him, they are distinguished from other units of the Ukrainian armed forces by their combat resistance and do not want to surrender.

Early in the morning of August 6, Ukrainian fighters invaded Russian territory. Their advance was halted, and the Russian army began to push them out of the region.

According to the data of the Russian Ministry of Defense, as of November 24, during the fighting in the Kursk region, the armed forces of Ukraine lost more than 35,310 servicemen and 216 tanks.

In Kursk, as well as in Belgorod and Bryansk regions, a CTO regime has been introduced to ensure the safety of citizens.
