The cabinet is guided by red lines laid down in the oath, which we have all laid. This was stated by acting Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev before the regular cabinet meeting, quoted by Nova TV. According to the prime minister, among them are the observance of the Constitution and the laws of the country, as well as the fight against corruption. “At the risk of losing power, we have proposed only such ministers”, explained Glavchev.
The Prime Minister congratulated the future Bulgarian Ekaterina Zaharieva for her presentation before the European Parliament. “Her presentation was so convincing that it ended with applause. This is yet another example that when the rules are followed – a person achieves what he aims for," added Glavchev.
The acting Prime Minister also commented on the vote on October 27. “We checked 6 times more machines than the previous powerful office cabinets. Now these machines are 33 times more than before. What happens in the sectional election commissions is completely beyond the authority of the ex officio. Thanks to the video surveillance, which is a merit of the official office, facts become known, which the competent authorities will classify accordingly, Glavchev also said.
The Council of Ministers is about to consider a draft decree approving additional funds from the budgets of municipalities to compensate parents whose children are not admitted to state and municipal kindergartens and schools. The compensation is in the amount of BGN 510.
