His prediction is that we will be left with more fear than admiration.
According to him, Europe has so far been the most spoiled and most liked child of world civilization, but this will change.
"The crisis, which apparently begins for us Europeans with the coming to power of Donald Trump, is an exceptional opportunity to try to pull ourselves together – to overcome this liberal-administrative approach to politics a little and for Europe to become a political and military factor“, the historian believes.
According to him, Europeans should realize that Trump represents the way of thinking of a large part of the people in the United States.
"Europe has so far been the most pampered and most liked child of world civilization. We continue to believe that a large part of the world revolves around Europe, that the world is Eurocentric, which was a long time ago – between the 17th and 19th centuries“, Stojanovic commented.
