Velichie: The "Zhelyazkov" Cabinet is unnecessary and illegal - 1

The government of Rossen Zhelyazkov cannot be useful for the country and solve the problems. This is the position of the Velichie party, which is attacking the election results of the last early elections on October 27 before the Constitutional Court (CS), after it failed to enter the 51st National Assembly, because its result was 3.99%.

According to the party, the cabinet cannot be useful because it was issued by an undemocratically elected parliament and reminds that after the elections there was "a broad discussion about what the parliamentary elections were. It became crystal clear to the majority of society that they were undemocratic, unfair and unfree. The public reaction was suppressed after the Constitutional Court made the important commitment to determine whether these elections were legal or not. In the ensuing two-month lull or the period of the Court's work on this issue, an unworthy attempt was made to mislead the public and lull it to sleep under the power of an elitist elite whose main goal is to kill democracy in Bulgaria.

The simple calculation is obvious that if Velichie enters parliament, this ephemeral majority with 5 votes will disappear, the party also concludes and explains that the established political elite did everything possible for Velichie not to enter parliament. "This is how the bargaining for a government by Rosen Zhelyazkov happened. The Constitutional Court became an accomplice in this anti-democratic crime", Velichie is categorical and asks: "How will the Constitutional Court, as an accomplice in the theft of the elections, which is fundamental to democracy, be able to defend the principles and provisions of a democratic state? What do we care about the program of a government that was not democratically and legally elected?"

According to Velichie, the behavior of the Constitutional Court is scandalous, as is the decision to count only a part of the polling stations over an excessively long period. "Naturally, the question arises, if these stations require a correction of the election result, whether it is possible to consider it absolutely valid and whether the remaining more than 10,000 stations should also be counted, which will take a huge amount of time to have the full, accurate and true result. And here the Court has already entered into the operational role of covering up election fraud and manipulation in order to provide time in which the tinkerers in the new parliament will do whatever is profitable for them", the party also states in its position.
