"It is clear that there are winners and losers and obviously the conditions will not be equal. The conditions are imposed by the strong or by the winner." This was said by the former chairman of the strategic council under the head of state, Prof. Alexander Marinov, in "Offensive with Lyubo Ognyanov" on NOVA NEWS.

Malinov does not consider the position of our government regarding geopolitical turmoil to be correct and supports that of President Rumen Radev. According to him, in geopolitics, the difference comes from the strategy and courage of political entities, but he believes that in our country "everyone is looking to save their own skin". Prof. Alexander Marinov emphasized that there must be foresight for change in the world. His opinion is that few people from the Bulgarian and European political elite can survive because they lack the qualities. "The Trump revolution will make the "rotten pears fall", he said. He criticized European policy regarding military modernization and armament.

With regard to domestic policy, the former chairman of the strategic council under the head of state believes that each formation in the ruling majority has joined the coalition, pursuing its own interests, and these interests push them to strive for certain positions. There were probably also agreements that did not happen.

"The coalition is not stable in principle, but no one is destabilizing it for its own sake. There is a struggle for supremacy and imposition, which is perfectly normal", he emphasized and added: "The budget is for ceremonial, unlimited use by those in power.
