Hristo Prodanov: There must be an alternative to Borisov and Peevski - 1

„There must be an alternative to Borisov and Peevski - that's why there is "Unruly Bulgaria. As long as the two of them are at the head of the state, as long as they pull the strings, having already taken over the institutions - starting from the court, the prosecutor's office, the police and reaching the government, as long as there is no alternative that can sweep them from power, nothing good awaits Bulgaria“.

This was stated by the MP in several parliaments, former Minister of Tourism and today part of "Unruly Bulgaria" Hristo Prodanov in the show "Workdays" on Eurocom TV. And he added:

„It is proven that we remained the only ones in the political space who have not hugged Boyko and Peevski. And this gives us strength, self-confidence and confidence that we will cope“.

In his words, this government has begun to encroach on the future of Bulgaria – the children. “Because, robbing banks, wiping out entire businesses - this has so far been theft from previous generations and from us, the working people at the moment. But the loans that are drawn down without making sense, for example, these 7 billion, which were also voted in the budget, are a debt that will be paid by our children, to be stolen now by these“, commented Prodanov.

Asked about the stability of the government, Hristo Prodanov replied: “If I were to use a metaphor and as an occasion for April 1 – yes, this government is physically stable, Borisov, Peevski and Zafirov are about half a ton. They are physically quite stable, but there is nothing stable in their policies and governance“.

In the political conversation about the abrupt change in the behavior of the BSP, he pointed out: “Ultimately, that is why there was a coup against Kornelia Ninova and our group – to remove those who hinder the BSP's embrace with Borisov and Peevski. But, wiser people than me have said it: When everyone is in government – the people become the opposition. It is dangerous when the people are the opposition, because there is no representation to trust and work for them. And on the other hand – there is no obstacle to the mafia increasingly conquering the state and the destinies of the people“, said Hristo Prodanov.

In his words, the life of the “Zhelyazkov“ cabinet depends on two things: “First and most importantly – when the architects Borisov and Peevski will decide to put an end to this government. And the second - people will be outraged, angry, take to the streets in disobedience and sweep away this false government that does not work for them,“ pointed out Prodanov.

“When the head of the state is a kleptocracy - i.e. a form of government that is oriented solely and exclusively towards theft - one cannot expect any vision and long-term goals for governance. We have not had a national goal for a long time - one that would unite the nation, with efforts, actions and work. But, kleptocracy has no interest in having a united nation, it has an interest in a divided society. This is the easiest way to manage (a divided society) and the easiest way to steal“, commented Hristo Prodanov.

And in response to a question from the host Nikolay Kolev added: “Before we talk about left and right in politics, about liberal and conservative in a conquered country, it is necessary for it to be freed from the mafia. This is what we will work for in “Unruly Bulgaria“. We believe that many people will follow us – because, they need to have a political entity that truly protects their interests“.

And when asked about the low rating of the parliament, he was categorical: “I do not expect a falsely elected National Assembly to have a high rating, because no one trusts it and because it is not what the people voted for“.

About the scandal with the MECH group and Natalia Kiselova's decision: “Either she is inexperience to make such an illiterate and unnecessary political mistake or Peevski and Borisov have told her what to do“, said Hristo Prodanov.
