When traffic is stopped on road I-3, in the area of the village of Telish, traffic will be redirected via a bypass route.
Drivers will pass through the road junction “Dolni Dabnik Bypass“ on road II-13, through Dolni Dabnik, Iskar and Knezha, to the roundabout in the town of Knezha, from where they will continue on road III-306 Knezha - Cherven Bryag – Lukovit and at Lukovit they will return back to the I-3 Pleven - Botevgrad road.
The traffic will be regulated by teams of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
