You do something thoughtless, you cause “suffering” of Sofians, you think that's how it should be, and then – when you realize you were wrong, you say sorry. It's simple. But… You apologize once, you apologize a second time, you apologize a third time… That it becomes a habit, or it becomes a way of management.
September 17, 2024 – present but non-school day
This is done by order of the mayor Vasil Terziev, which was received in the schools at 4 pm on January 16! (b.r. - At 4:00 p.m. on 16/09 I received an order from the Mayor of the city of Sofia to declare 17/09 as a NON-EDUCATION day, but present! “Sofia is a city with many possibilities, which we must love and develop. The goal was for the children to be able to walk around Sofia. Due to poor coordination, the order came out at the last moment. The idea is good, but we announced it late. I apologize for making the day of teachers and parents more difficult. We want to make it a tradition”, he said on the occasion of the order.
En masse, schools have decided on classes from 9 am to 12 pm. This has caused chaos in them and made parents ask who will look after their children.

Terziev on the changes to the “Patriarch”: “I apologize! I am not satisfied with the reorganization of “Vitosha“ and “The Patriarch”. Terziev also said he regretted making the changes to “Vitosha“ before the elections.

The candidate for mayor of Sofia, nominated by Spasi Sofia, PP and DB - Vasil Terziev, wrote the following on his Facebook profile: "In the last few days, I have heard all kinds of fiction about me - truths mixed with many half-truths, complete lies and many creative manipulations. I did not intend to respond to most of the ridiculous ones and descend to the level of the writers, including political leaders, from whom I would expect more class. Apparently I overestimated them. I apologize. I also apologize for all the other issues since the Liberation so far. And those yet to come. I realized that I am guilty of everything, maybe not only in this galaxy."
It remains for someone, somewhere, sometime in the galaxy to hear and “… I apologize for becoming mayor“.
