Ilinden District has begun the removal of illegal buildings on Suhodol 3. This gypsy ghetto should have been liquidated long ago. The district administration should be congratulated for this.

A hysteria has begun over where to accommodate the violators from the gypsy ghetto. The mayors of Kremikovtsi, Lyulin, Vrabnitsa categorically refused to accept them and give them municipal housing. In this case, the district mayors of Kremikovtsi, Lyulin, Vrabnitsa should be congratulated for their categorical position and supported. I don't think we owe housing to anyone from the ghetto in question. These people have been living there for years, fully aware that their buildings are illegal and subject to demolition. They haven't taken any action to find housing, for example. No one can derive rights from their illegal behavior. There are thousands of registered citizens waiting in line for municipal housing. It would be discrimination for the gypsies from the Suhodol 3 ghetto to outbid thousands of people who have been waiting for years.
The Sofia Municipality does not owe any housing to these violators from Suhodol 3. I hear questions - what would they do with the demolished illegal buildings? Well, the same as every ordinary citizen does - you work, rent a place, pay your bills. I don't see how the Gypsies from Suhodol are any more special!
Despite the resistance of the district mayors of Lyulin, Kremikovtsi and Vrabnitsa, I hear that the deputy mayor for social activities of the Sofia Municipality has issued orders for accommodation. In my opinion, these are illegal actions and some will be illegally accommodated at the expense of others. The deputy mayor of the Sofia Municipality must cancel his orders and comply with the district mayors. If not - expect protests and complaints in court!
I hope that following the example of the Ilinden district, other districts will take action to remove illegal buildings in the well-known ghettos.
