Assoc. Kiselova - election of the chairman, request for a cabinet or just preparation for new elections

The labor pains in the parliament are over now that we have an elected speaker of the parliament – in the person of Assoc. Natalia Kiselova (BSP-United Left), but what could be behind this choice. And was this only the election of the chairman of the National Assembly, or a request for a cabinet and a governing majority!?

Kiselova received 140 votes: 68 from GERB-SDS, 35 from PP-DB, 18 from BSP and 19 from APS. "Against" 93 people's representatives voted: the groups of "Vazrazhdane", "DPS - New Beginning", "There is such a people" and MECH, as well as the leader of the SDS Rumen Hristov. Not a single MP abstained. 233 deputies took part in the vote.
Did the deputies need only 15 minutes of rest before the runoff – Kiselova – Kirilov to reach an agreement… Hardly. There was clarity on how to achieve the vote that was needed. And it worked.

Did APS replace ITN
? GERB-SDS, PP-DB, BSP and… 19 of the APS. Pure mathematics showed that GERB-SDS, PP-DB, BSP and ITN had a majority for the cabinet, and it was precisely this combination that was getting married. We also heard this from Boyko Borisov in order to have a cabinet.
IT – because they had a candidate in Assoc. Silvi Kirilov, they supported him. ITN has 18 deputies, ASP – 19. They are enough for a quadruple coalition. The question is whether there is a better DPS, after we heard that there is no good DPS.
With a second statement to the media, Delyan Peevski sewed on his lapel the election of the Speaker of the National Assembly. We remind you that yesterday DPS-New Beginning supported Kiselova in a re-voting, today the deputies not only abstained from supporting, but also voted against.

"They listened to me, they chose a chairman. Hopefully now they will work quickly, the roulette will start and we will go to the elections. This shame inside the hall must end, said Delyan Peevski. - They argued in the offices - who will steal what, who will rob what. A pitiful sight. If they get along in the offices and agree on how to rob Bulgaria, there might be a regular government. But one thing is certain - I, Delyan Peevski, will stop them."
If APS is the better DPS for cabinet, then DPS – A new beginning, isn't DPS good again, so that they don't “steal Bulgaria”… We will live, we will see.

Another thing is interesting. Never in any way with “Revival“… There is no political formation that has not said this. Delyan Peevski soon announced that a "Moscow" coalition had been formed. And now DPS – Was it a new beginning with your vote “against“ also part of the "Moscow-2" coalition, for example. The vote of DPS – A new beginning coincided with that of “Revival”. Or that doesn't count now. Coalition “Moscow“ it was for then, but now it's different…

The work of the parliament is unblocked, there is a lot of work to be done, but will it be useful for the state…
Borislav Sarafov – new chief prosecutor, SJC – with expired mandate, regulators with expired mandates, budget, etc. There is a lot to work on, but will it work, or just the choice of Assoc. Kiselova unblocked the work of the parliament so that we can prepare for the next elections – sometime in the spring…
