Olga Popova (CSKA) won an undisputed gold medal from the international tournament under 17 years old Klippan Lady Openorig Copy 2025, which was held in Sweden. She won all seven of her fights, BTA reports. In the 57 kg category, Popova started with three successes with technical force against Sura Abasoy from Finland, Isabella Ferraro from Austria and Engla Mayer, a representative of the hosts. In her group, the Bulgarian Olga also dealt with Helena Stelmashchuk from Poland - 5:0, Marta Mankovska, again from Poland - 2:2, as well as Liv Sandvik-Klepesto from Norway - 5:0.

The seventh consecutive victory was in the final against Albina Salimbekova from Kyrgyzstan with 3:0. In five of her seven matches, Olga Popova did not give a point to her rivals.

Andrea Niseva also participated in the tournament, and came second. In the 65 kg category, she also started with two victories by technical knockout - against Greta Usinovic and Maya Jagush. Then the Bulgarian also prevailed over Fenya Hermann from Germany - 7:5. Niseva was also very close to gold, but lost to the Pole Suzana Horbik with 3:4 points in the final.
