One person was killed and at least three were injured in a collision of private jets at a US airport, the Associated Press reported, quoted by BTA.
This is the latest air accident in the country in recent weeks.
It occurred with the participation of two medium-sized private business jets at the Scottsdale airport in southwestern Arizona, local authorities reported.
One went off the runway and hit the other, which was parked to the side. The main landing gear of the first plane, which took off from Austin, Texas, apparently failed to open upon landing, leading to the crash.
Authorities reported one death and at least three injuries. One of the injured was hospitalized in stable condition, while the other two received medical treatment in a trauma center.
In the past two weeks, the United States has had three major plane crashes, the AP notes.
Sixty-seven people died in a collision between a passenger plane and a military helicopter near Washington, D.C., on January 29. A medical transport plane crashed in Philadelphia two days later, killing all six people on board and one person on the ground.
Last week, a small passenger plane crashed in the western part of the northernmost US state, Alaska. All 10 people on board died.
