Bulgaria is being promoted on two world-famous TV channels (VIDEO)  - 1

The Ministry of Tourism has launched a large-scale international advertising campaign on the National Geographic and 24 Kitchen channels, part of the group of The Walt Disney Company LTD and Warner Bros. The television advertising to promote Bulgaria as a destination for congress, culinary and wine tourism started today in nine countries and will continue until the end of April. In parallel, a digital campaign is being conducted, which includes the popular pre-roll format with new clips on YouTube.

The media partnership includes the television broadcast of 2,430 advertising spots in 9 strategic markets in Europe. They are distributed between the National Geographic channels, covering the United Kingdom, France, Poland, Germany and Spain, and those of 24 Kitchen in the Netherlands, Serbia, Slovenia and Croatia. Over 50% of the clips will be broadcast during prime time on television programs.

“This is another step in our strategy to present Bulgaria as a destination with rich cultural and culinary potential. Wine and gastronomy, together with congress tourism, are key elements in the development of our tourism sector and the creation of experiences that remain in the hearts of visitors. Through our partnership with National Geographic and 24 Kitchen, we reach millions of travelers who are looking for authentic and inspiring destinations“, said the Minister of Tourism, Miroslav Borshosh.

A team from the television giant group spent several days in Bulgaria, especially for this partnership, to film two 30-second clips promoting our country in the key areas “Wine and Gastronomy“ and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) tourism.
