Since there is no reaction from the Ministry of the Interior and the minister, I continue to publish the people who have a major role in the trading of votes in the country by regions. Those listed with nicknames below are currently not only buying and distributing votes, but also enjoying the protection of the police and prosecutors.

2. Plovdiv. Branko (Bayra) buys in the Roma neighborhoods of the city;

The police are inactive. Vote buyers are rampant across the country with the support of local police chiefs. The only possibility to end these practices is a mass vote on October 27.
