The guarantee for the formation of a parliamentary majority and a regular government at the moment is the Bulgarian democracy, warned the political scientist Georgi Kiryakov in an interview with the BNR.
"The problem is not the machines, nor the codes, nor the two private companies. The problem is in the counting of votes", he commented on the lack of trust in the electoral process.
"We saw from the reports that the key to rigging is there, not the elections. In this slippage, as explained by the CEC and in the reluctance of the authorities - CEC "Information service and the ministries to control the election process", Kiryakov said in the program "Something more".
He is adamant that the machine result of each voter can be verified in the final result note and transferred to the record.
"To be transferred - the main problem of the party for which the votes were received, not to be slipped. It's not just a problem in "Greatness". It was seen that the slippage is towards major major parties from all other parties", explained Georgi Kiryakov.
According to him, the problems with the vote date back to the first democratic elections.
"Since then, there has been a problem with contestation, with paper ballots, with the SICs, since then footage of bags of ballots being carried, of marking the ballot, which makes it invalid, can be seen. The members of the SIC are either unprepared for the election day or they are deliberately made to produce a certain result. This undermines confidence in the entire electoral process," said the political scientist.
He predicts that a minority government is possible, but it will not last:
"Until someone loses their nerve, there was such a situation. One was with the PP-DB government with ITN and BSP, and ITN could not stand their nerves. The other thing was with the rotation, the nerves of Borisov and Denkov couldn't stand it and that's it, the management fell apart."
And he is categorical, such a government will not be permanent, "especially in a situation where it is not known whether there will be cashing in the elections and by entering "Majesty" how the mandates will be distributed".
Kyryakov commented on the condition of GERB leader Boyko Borisov for the election of the chairman of the National Assembly:
"From the previous 2 parliaments this was the bone of contention. Twice they made a chairman from GERB and succeeded, but with blocking of the political process. The probability that this will happen now is high, this portends moving towards 8 early elections".
