CEC sends the video recordings of the counting in 7 polling stations to the prosecutor because of the discrepancy between the protocols and the results. The prosecutors are requested to check whether there is data on the preparation of documents with false content, said the chairman of the CEC, Kamelia Neikova, quoted by BNT.

During the commission's meeting today, the deputy chairman and spokesperson of the CEC, Rositsa Mateva, announced that a discrepancy was found in the number of sections with video broadcasting. The number of sections without such is 43.

Among these 43 sections in which there was no video broadcast, seven are in Blagoevgrad, 20 - in Kardzhali, three - in Sofia region, one each in Plovdiv and Pazardzhik. Failures were found in five units, there were four sections where the units failed, and in five sections the unit was switched on before 20:00 and the records were reviewed.
The CEC spokesperson explained that in four sectional election commissions, the broadcasting device was not turned on because it was not marked that these sections were in hospitals or social homes, which by law should not have video recordings.

"Four election sections have not returned the video broadcasting devices", Mateva explained.

"Three of them were received on November 4 at 16:00 at the "Information Service" and the data was retrieved and uploaded," she added.

Regarding the sections without video recording, the CEC decided to send instructions to the RIC and, accordingly, to draw up acts of violations.
Official Minister of e-Government Valentin Mundrov said that in more than 98% of the sections there was a live broadcast from the video surveillance during the counting of the ballots in the section election commissions. There was a live broadcast in 11,400 sections, out of a total of 11,626 sections. Official Minister of Innovation and Growth Rosen Karadimov summarized that over 99.5% of sections in the country were covered by video surveillance.
