Two protests are organized in Pleven because of the lack of water. The aim is to increase the attention of the local and central authorities to the search for urgent and effective measures to solve the problem.
The organizer of the protest is Borislav Tsvetanov, an invitation has been sent to Pleven residents on social networks for two protests – first to gather at 12 o'clock in front of the municipality building, specifies the BNR.
"After that, between 2:30 and 3 p.m., we will be between the village of Jasen and Dolni Dabnik. We plan to block traffic for a period of time. Not officially allowed, but will be blocked within 10-15 minutes. The reason is aridity".
