„I expect a negotiation session to take place every day from Monday. We have a framework. We had exploratory meetings with „They have such a people“ and the BSP. The reasonable construction is to first have a core of the coalition with the first ones with whom we are truly negotiating - „Democratic Bulgaria“. If it turns out that there is such a majority, goals and common views, we will invite the other possible partners earlier. This was said in the program „120 minutes“ on bTV by the deputy chairman of GERB, Tomislav Donchev, who is part of the GERB negotiation team.

According to him, the plot with Lena Borislavova's immunity is different from the negotiations.
„Boyko Borisov's reaction is normal and human. It's about a mother. His indignation is logical. Regarding the declaration - as the first, I refuse to rearrange the entire political system at the whim of the second. This looks like a church procedure to me, according to which everyone must take communion. We have a position that there will be no interaction with the MRF - A new beginning and the other MRF. What's the problem? We can sign many things. This is stubbornness," Donchev commented.
„In almost all parliamentary groups there is a member of parliament whose immunity is requested. Yes, I understand the question of when to request immunities. There is no right moment. If it were before the elections, someone would say it was intentional. Here the accumulation and the timing make an impression. It is bad when the prosecutor's office interferes in political processes, as well as politicians“, explained the GERB representative.
„The rules for selecting members of the Anti-Corruption Commission were written by Nazaryan. We want to select the most professional staff. I do not think we have significant differences. It is not my job to evaluate Borislav Sarafov's work, nor is it his to evaluate mine. These are different authorities. We have a great sin as a National Assembly that we did not fill the quota in the Supreme Judicial Council, otherwise we have claims. If the National Assembly acted responsibly, it would have chosen its quota“, Donchev also said.
„We need to return to the democratic tradition, in which the leader of the largest political force is nominated for prime minister. We have confused the logic of politics. Boyko Borisov was prime minister for 10 years. My assessment, and not only mine, is that he was a good prime minister. He has the most experience“, explained the deputy chairman of GERB.
“We are not doing trade. The biggest priority is to create the main instrument for governing the state. We have entered a war mode of everyone among everyone. Nothing good has come of this. Common sense must return, a majority and a government must be formed. This is the logic of the political process. My experience shows, contrary to the rhetoric about neutral figures, that when you put a person without political experience in office, he does not do a convincing job, because politics is also a profession that is learned and practiced“, added Tomislav Donchev.
According to him, two or three weeks would be a comfortable time before the first mandate is handed over.
“The negotiations will not start with the figure of a prime minister. There are no surprises in the programs. The first topic on which agreement must be found is what we will do with this big problem with the budget. As a technology, this budget does not make sense to look at“, he also said.
