While another episode of the melodrama (today: Opalchenska) is going on, in which former rulers and former TV presenters are trying to discredit us according to the now well-known scheme, we continue to work in the interest of the people. This was written on Facebook by the mayor of Sofia Vasil Terziev.
"I promised that I would check all the facts surrounding the "Balkanton" building and we found a legal way to preserve it. We found a way to preserve the "Balkanton" building. After a conversation on my initiative, the executive director of "Balkanton" and the owner of the building has undertaken to correct the documents he initially submitted.
This will give us grounds to correct the order for approval of the detailed development plan in a completely legal manner - so that the building remains intact.
I believe that our intention to preserve this valuable emblem of an entire era in Bulgarian music is mutual. And the tone of trust, legality and cooperation that we are giving is the right one."
