The Constitutional Court gave clarifications about its work. This happened after the National Assembly called for the publicity of all documents related to the contestation of the election results in a declaration. The appeal was to the Constitutional Court, the Central Election Commission and the "Information Service".
It is clear from it that all requests are published on the court's website immediately after the case is filed, and the opinions and legal opinions - immediately after they are filed, and the expert conclusions - only after the case is concluded.
The Rules also contain a text according to which legal opinions on cases are not published if the author has expressed explicit disagreement, the Constitutional Court also points out.
