Hekimyan: All these people with raised fists, who are now reading morals, have led to 4 years of negligence, inaction - 1

Protests continue in the country and mutual accusations about the reasons for the war on the roads, which took 12-year-old Siyana as its latest victim.

Everything that is happening is indicative, some of the incidents happen because of infrastructure, others - because of unscrupulous drivers. These are the hardest conversations, because you can hardly help, you can't bring the person back. I want to call on the politicians who speculate on the topic and try to accumulate dividends, it's very ugly - all these people with raised fists, who are now reading morals, have led to 4 years. negligence, inaction. Where is the money for road repairs? It was very easy to blame the old government. This change led to the complete collapse of statehood. This was commented by the municipal councilor from GERB-SDF Anton Hekimyan in the studio of "Denyat ON AIR".

Road safety in Sofia
In his words, the capital has become a black box.

"Since last year we have not had contracts for the marking of road lanes in Sofia. We asked and got zero answers. There is an interesting report that says that the deputy mayor from the "Spasi Sofia" quota Iliyan Pavlov returned the report until a higher price was reached. Mayor Terziev should have reacted - there have been no answers for 5 months," Hekimyan pointed out.

The competition for the capital's chief architect
The municipal councilor from GERB-SDF commented that Mayor Terziev had stumbled like a "donkey on ice" over Bogdana Panayotova's candidacy.

"Terziev held an opaque competition. She started working on the criteria for it, but after she decided to run, she stopped. Even more scandalous is the committee that selected her. Among the members of the committee is a broker of expensive properties - she will select the chief architect," Hekimyan said.
Panayotova's candidacy was not supported by "We continue the change". Hekimyan described this as a stab in the back by the PP towards Mayor Terziev, who, according to the municipal councilor, was one of the party's biggest sponsors.

"The figure of Panayotova does not matter, what matters is the opaque competition and the backstage that pulls Terziev's strings. There will be a person who will sign construction permits with boxes - a tall building will be built next to the National Theater, next to the "Paradise", "Balkanton" mall - scandal after scandal. Construction after construction - the crystallized goal with which Terziev came - to drain Sofia," Anton Hekimyan said.

On the air of Bulgaria ON AIR, he expressed his position that Mayor Terziev will not bend under pressure. The capital defined a dilapidated yard as: "Sofia has a mayor on its hands and many people are pulling them and it's starting to get tangled".

Sofia's garbage crisis
Today, Hekimyan visited the Sofia landfill, where he came across 2 illegal ones.

"We saw an excavator step on tons of RDF fuel for cement plants, behind some hills - conveniently hidden, they didn't want to let us in there, this is an illegal landfill", the guest said.

According to him, the excavator tears up the bales and loads them into a truck that goes to cells 1 and 2 of the landfill, which are full. The second dump was about 300 meters from the plant.
"The garbage is transported to the plant with our money, these people claim that they give 100% of the RDF for fuel - either the RDF is of very poor quality and the cement plants do not want it, or they keep it in the rain, where it becomes heavier and we will pay more for the removal. I assume that it is of poor quality and the plants do not want to accept it and it accumulates on the plant sites. All this decomposes and goes to the waste disposal cells, these cells will fill up much faster than they were left", Anton Hekimyan also stated
