According to him, the high birth rate in the Islamic world is often given as an example – something that Europe experienced as early as the 15th century.

He noted that in the past, people had many children so that there would be someone to take care of them when they got old. He also gave an example of the period after World War II, when divorce and abortion were banned in some Catholic countries.
