As the chairman of the Sofia District Court, I carried the entire burden of ensuring that the court and the Sofia District Prosecutor's Office have a building that would allow them to work normally for the citizens. The building, of course, is only the material base that creates conditions for the magistrates. Justice depends mainly on the moral, professional and social qualities of the magistrates. I provided buildings for the SRC and SRP, in which, however, it turned out that persons who formally held the positions of "judge" and "prosecutor" were accommodated, but in reality most of them are dependent, cowardly, incompetent, spiteful and vengeful people.
