The Sofia Court of Appeal postponed the consideration of the case of Marin Dimitrov, reported FOCUS. The next meeting will be on November 28.

The reason is that he requested a change of his lawyer and time to authorize another. The second reason is that the court ordered a forensic medical examination due to complaints of poor health and inability to receive treatment in pre-trial detention.

The expertise must clarify whether his illnesses or his condition are compatible with the conditions in custody.
