A student was caught with drugs in a school cafeteria in Montana. This was announced by the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior in Montana.

A bag containing a dose of dry grass mass was found in the trouser pocket of a 14-year-old boy from the village of Slivovik in the municipality of Medkovets, which tested positive for amphetamine.

The drug was seized, and pre-trial proceedings have been initiated in the case.

The police department announced that this is not the first case in the region of drugs being found in schools and among minors, BTA adds.

Last year, police officers from the station in the village of Georgi Damyanovo twice found narcotics in students from a local school aged 15 and 17.
