„Border Police” intercepted a channel for illegal migration of migrants into the interior of the country. Initially, uniformed officers stopped a car driven by a 30-year-old man from the village of Zvezdets, Pazardzhik municipality, in the area of the village of Bratanitsa. During the inspection, seven migrants without identity documents were found. They identified themselves as Moroccan citizens who had illegally crossed the state border.
The driver and the migrants were detained.
Another car was found in the area, driven by a 22-year-old driver from Pazardzhik, who was involved in the criminal activity.
The border police established that this was a channel for illegal migration and migration into the interior of the country, in which two more men participated, who were also detained. One is a 19-year-old from the Pazardzhik village Zvanichevo.
There is evidence that the other - a 32-year-old man from Sofia - is the main organizer of the criminal act.
Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated.
The four men who participated in the criminal scheme have been charged.
