Five people were detained during a special operation in Pernik, the police announced.
The operation was carried out on February 6. The main areas inspected were the "Hristo Botev" and "Kutsian" neighborhoods.
The aim of the operation was to combat domestic crime, the trade and use of narcotics and their analogues, improve the traffic situation and ensure police presence in vulnerable areas, sections, neighborhoods and neighborhoods.
61 people were checked, 9 of whom were criminally active. 20 reports have been drawn up under the Civil Registration Act and 2 under the Bulgarian Personal Documents Act.
Five people have been arrested - two for identity verification and three for involvement in crimes already committed.
Three have been forcibly brought to the Regional Directorate for questioning in connection with pre-trial proceedings. The checks are ongoing.
