Can the state nullify the people's vote!? - 1
FAKTI.BG publishes opinions with a wide range of perspectives to encourage constructive debates.

The Constitutional Court, the Prosecutor's Office, the Central Election Commission and the "Information Service" - these four institutions involved in the scandal with the missing votes - have created a real legal mess. Yes, it will somehow find its solution, but one fact remains extremely neglected.

The Constitutional Court is a completely independent body that is outside the legislative, executive and judicial branches. But… There are disturbing things in the entire procedure, which was initiated and set in motion by the Constitutional Court, because they opened case No. 33 based on 5 submitted complaints.

First, the question somehow simply arises as to why 2204 polling stations are being checked, since they have been referred not only for partial cancellation, but also for COMPLETE cancellation of the elections. That is, they - as a court, must also rule on this. Why are not all polling stations being checked!? But what is more worrying is something else.

Back in January, Prof. Krasimir Kalinov - one of the experts who was invited as an expert by the Constitutional Court to count ballots - said that he could not do his job because there were no ballots in seven sacks - they were empty. And what's next. The fact is that citizens have exercised their voting rights, and the Constitutional Court annulled them, reset them, or however you want to understand it. Did someone, somewhere, vote, and the protocol says zero?

Someone voted, and the Constitutional Court decides that they didn't. So, what is this?

And this became clear in January, and to this day no one has committed to carrying out an inspection in these sections, because there are no ballots. How, why, who is to blame, when what happened...

Nothing, because it is easiest to reset it. No ballots, no problem - zero.

Things actually look quite grotesque. It has been established that there is falsification in the elections - there are no ballots. It is clear that this is in favor of “certain parties“, but all parties in parliament will pay for the fact that “certain“ parties have done “certain“ things on the ballot that are not according to the law. If “Majesty“ enters parliament, the parliamentary groups of all parties will be reduced so that “Majesty“'s group becomes the minimum 10 deputies. “Certain“ parties do something, but all parties in parliament pay.

Otherwise, the whole situation is completely similar to the bankruptcy of Corpbank – “certain“ people did something to make “the incident“ with Corpbank happen, and the budget of the Republic of Bulgaria took out 4 billion leva – understand all of us who pay taxes, to cover the damages.
