In the northeastern Ukrainian city of Chuguev, located in the Kharkiv region, a Russian missile attack resulted in the wounding of at least seven people. The incident was confirmed by Governor Oleg Sinegubov, Reuters and BTA report.
Initial reports from Kharkiv Oblast police, shared via Telegram, indicated that the attack involved S-400 missiles. The attack caused significant material damage, a kindergarten and a residential building were affected. Fortunately, no children were injured in the attack. Of the wounded, at least five have already received medical assistance.
The attack is part of a wider pattern of increased military aggression by Russian forces in the northeastern regions of Ukraine. According to Reuters, there has been a noticeable increase in attacks targeting the region's energy and transportation infrastructure, using both drones and missiles.
