According to Santo Domingo's emergency services, rescue operations after the collapse of the nightclub's roof have officially ended, but local authorities continue to help relatives who cannot find their loved ones who were in the club on the night of the tragedy.

Among the possible reasons, local media point to the fact that the old building, which was used as a cinema until 2023, was overcrowded and could not withstand the presence of such a large number of people, and the impact of strong sound waves also proved fatal.
