The number of injured in last night's Russian attack with kamikaze “Shahed“ drones against Kharkiv has reached at least 47 people. Damage was caused to 93 buildings, Ukrinform reported, citing a post by the Kharkiv City Council on Telegram, BTA reports.
According to local authorities, at least 15 drones were used in the attack. Among the injured are two children and a pregnant woman.
“At least 93 buildings in the Kievsky, Slobidsky and Saltyvsky districts of Kharkiv were damaged. "2,200 windows, 220 balcony panes, 13 roofs, 19 doors and structural elements in eight apartment blocks were damaged," the statement said.
Immediately after the attack, at night, utility services began work to repair the damage - securing the power grid, clearing debris and broken glass, and restoring safety in the affected areas.
