Electrocharge makes charging of electric vehicles even easier and more convenient by introducing an RFID card for its chain of charging stations across the country.
Users activate the charging session by simply bringing the card closer to the station and charging begins immediately. The card provides access to the Electrocharge network of charging stations.
Issuance of the RFID card is free for the customer. It is ordered by email [email protected]. After the customer receives the card, he must enter its number in the Electrocharge mobile application. All transactions made with it are fully protected, and the charging history is stored in the application
“Driven by our vision to be a leader in the energy of the future with affordable energy for every home and office, we are making charging electric vehicles even faster and more seamless. The RFID card is the most convenient way to charge electric vehicles. The card just approaches the charging station and charging starts immediately without the need for a phone or additional applications. This is another step towards affordable electromobility“, commented Milen Hristov, manager of Electrohold IPS, which manages the Electrocharge chain.
Electrohold will start building its chain of electric vehicle charging stations - Electrocharge, at the end of 2024. The devices have been installed in 18 cities, including Sofia, Varna, Pleven, Blagoevgrad, as well as in the Borovets resort. The chargers are located close to customers in strategic locations and are equipped with the latest technologies for fast and efficient charging. In order to make charging easier and more convenient for drivers, since the beginning of February, the Electrocharge charging station network has become available to users of the One mobility card service.
