The MECH plan continues to be the only way out of the political crisis. This is stated in an official position of the party.

The party outlined 15 specific solutions for specific problems related to improving the lives of the Bulgarian people and the search for justice.

1. Termination of the procedure for the election of the chief prosecutor, through urgent legal amendments and complete invalidation of the SJC with an expired mandate. Immediate arrest of all persons involved in the "eight dwarfs" affairs, "the notary" etc. including judges, prosecutors, investigators, members of the SJC

2. Closure of KPK, KONPI in this form and full investigation of this body.

3. Effective prosecution of corrupt politicians, magistrates and senior police officers by creating new legislation, a new ministry (of justice) with special functions and amending the Constitution. Convening of a Grand National Assembly and drafting of a new Constitution of Bulgaria with a completely new structural positioning of the judiciary. The prosecutor's office becomes part of the executive branch. Restructuring of DANS, MIA and GDBOP.

4. Construction of a new prison for those convicted of corruption and other crimes at the highest levels of the judicial and executive authorities.

5. Immediate suspension of military aid to Ukraine and a policy of complete neutrality.

6. Termination of the procedure for the sale of the two reactors for the "Belene" NPP. of the Ukrainian state.

7. Termination of the contract between NPP "Kozloduy - New capacities", "Hyundai Engineering and Construction" and the consortium "Westinghouse - HDC" and opening a new open and fair procedure with publicity of the offers.

8. Nationalization of "Lukoil".

9. Preventing the liquidation of coal-fired power by rejecting the "Energy" part of the PVA, renegotiation or rejection of the entire PVA.

10. Declassification, renegotiation, new method of taxation or termination of contracts for the gold deposits of Bulgaria. Revision of all concession contracts by a directorate in the new Ministry of Justice.

7. Stopping the admission of migrants on the territory of Bulgaria.

9. Removal of the immunity of the people's representatives.

11. Education reform - abolition of delegated budgets. One or two textbooks per subject for the whole of Bulgaria.

12. Immediate construction of a children's hospital within 2 years. Complete restructuring of the health fund and directing financial resources to state and municipal hospitals.

13. Increasing the income of Bulgarian pensioners within 4 years. The average pension should be 1.5 times higher than the minimum wage.

14. Complete closure of gambling. The only operator that should develop this activity should be the Bulgarian Sports Totalizer (BST), thus the billions of profits from the gambling operators will go directly into the state budget.

15. Closure of collection companies as such and changes in the Law on Private Enforcement Agents (PBA) related to the determination of fees and voluntary payment. Removal of the PSI fee upon voluntary payment by the debtor.

These are only a small part of MECH's policies aimed at Bulgarian citizens and against the GERB and DPS mafia. Who will support in the battle to save Bulgaria.
