„We Continue the Change” firmly stands behind Lena Borislavova. This was stated in the studio of „Offensive with Lyubo Ognyanov” on NOVA NEWS by the MP from „We Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria” Vasil Pandov.
Borislavova's parliamentary immunity was lifted, and charges were brought against her for a documentary crime related to the release of Kiril Petkov as a member of the Management Board of the „Let's Protect Coral” Association. The accused herself stated in the studio of “Wake Up” that she is not worried about the proceedings and has not committed a crime.
Pandov called the decision of the Supreme Administrative Court to return the case for the appeal of the results of the elections in Sofia to the first instance “a denial of justice”. “According to the Electoral Code, there are deadlines within which these cases must be considered quickly. However, the SAC ruled after months”, the MP emphasized.
The PP-DB MP also commented on the filling of the regulators. “We are currently discussing whether the PP should propose its representatives for some of them. Kiril Petkov said that we will broadcast and that is the attitude. The question is the way in which the procedures will be carried out”, Pandov said.
He assessed the government of Rosen Zhelyazkov. “For their program and vision for governance, I write "Weak 2". For activity in choosing regulators – maybe "Excellent 6". Arithmetic average – 4Good 4”, the MP metaphorically stated.
