Two and a half hours after the start of their working day, the deputies got into another fight. This was the second scandal of today's day of lawmaking and work for the benefit of the people, reports novini.bg.
Earlier, Delyan Peevski accused Kiril Petkov of threatening Bayram Bayram and together with the co-chairman of the PP they exchanged threats about the court and the prosecutor's office. The former accused the latter of being a drug addict. The latter called the former "Jaba".
The exchange of "miles" epithets and gestures between MPs, however, did not end there.
The quorates in the parliament had to take on the role of security at a disco and break up the almost-clashed representatives of "Vazrazhdane" and "DPS-New Beginning".
And in order to calm the tension, the speaker of the parliament gave a 15-minute break.
"Vazrazhdane" wanted to clarify their question about Bulgaria's contract with Greece for the supply of water, but Kiselova cut them off, saying that according to procedure they had to wait for the next round of questions. She tried to clarify with Stanislav Todorov, who asked to speak, but she turned off his microphone.
After that, a scandal broke out in the hall between DPS-NN and "Vazrazhdane". Stanislav Atanasov tried hard to convince Kiselova to close the meeting, but this did not happen.
During this time, Ivaylo Chorbov from "Vazrazhdane" and Yordan Tsonev from DPS-NN got into a fight in the hall, and other deputies from their parliamentary groups jumped around them.
Tsonev was visibly furious and looked as if he had even spat on his colleague from "Vazrazhdane".
Rositsa Kirova from GERB tried to break them up, but the quorates had to do it. Bayram Bayram, who was involved in a scandal earlier today, was exchanging remarks with Zlatan Zlatanov from "Vazrazhdane".
