"Three years ago, Russia launched a full-scale military aggression against Ukraine - a war that brought thousands of victims, millions of displaced people and large-scale destruction. In addition to the human tragedy, the war violated fundamental principles of international law and continues to threaten security in Europe," Borisov added.
"The Ukrainian people have shown exceptional resilience and determination in defending their independence. Supporting Ukraine is not only a matter of solidarity, but also of upholding the principles of sovereignty, territorial integrity and the right of every state to determine its own future," the GERB leader said.
