Rumyana Petkov's house in the village of Beglej near Pleven caught fire on February 15 at night. Her neighbor Ayhan was the first to see the fire.
"I live here, across the street, and I see a big light. And I decided to get up to see what was happening. When I got up to look, I saw that Rumyana's house was on fire", said Ayhan Azisov, a neighbor.
Ayhan immediately called 112, and then woke up the village mayor.
