The deputies in the parliament adopted a declaration condemning the aggressive actions and the use of hate speech by the "Vazrazhdane" party. It was initiated by deputies from the PP-DB.

The reasons for the declaration state that the actions of the political force undermine the democratic legal order in Bulgaria and divert our country from the European Union.

With the declaration, the parliament condemns the systematic use of political aggression and hate speech by the "Vazrazhdane" party in all their manifestations as an attempt to undermine the democratic legal order in Bulgaria and divert the country from its European path. The document calls on all competent institutions and bodies to take the necessary actions to ensure compliance with the laws in the country.

The deputies insulted and attacked each other for nearly three hours before adopting the declaration. The Speaker of the Parliament - Assoc. Prof. Natalia Kiselova, voted against it and was outraged by the behavior unbecoming a member of parliament, which her colleagues once again demonstrated in the plenary hall.

"Bulgarian parliamentarism did not deserve these two days. How can reasonable, educated people who speak of each other with unacceptable words be insulted. Do you expect us, the leadership of the National Assembly, to be anything - traffic controllers, beast tamers, or perhaps to constantly create tension for you and for you to have more and more opportunities for procedures", she asked from the rostrum.

"This is not parliamentarism. Parliamentarism is a discussion about the problems of Bulgarian citizens", said Assoc. Prof. Kiselova.

"What we are doing is not in anyone's interest. Today I am ashamed to have been a member of parliament", she added.
