Pavela Mitova: Boyko Borisov will not be sad soon! - 1

Sadness in politics is short-term. Boyko Borisov will not be sad soon. I do not think that the signals that were broadcast by colleagues in the National Assembly are alarming. We do not have an agreement on which positions in the state should be occupied by specific people. This was stated by Pavela Mitova from "Ima takvi narod" (ITN) in the program "Osche od dne" on BNT.

According to her, the most important thing is to adopt the budget, only after that will the positions and leadership of regulators be discussed.

„The map with dependencies is used in order to get something. It's about blackmail, for positions," she accused opposition MPs.

„PP-DB, when they were in power, did not see any dependence on Peevski. Back then, I exchanged text messages with „Kiki“ and „Pepi“. I see serious dependence of PP on Prokopiev“ especially in the energy committee“, she revealed.

„We have not discussed who will support us, since we currently have a parliamentary majority. I do not see any shift in it, so that we depend on the support of other political forces“, Mitova said.

„I do not think that there is a political formation that likes the budget as it is presented, but this is the possible budget. The financial situation of the state is not good and we will still have to look for levers for consolidation. There is a display of revenues of 6.2 billion, part of which is from VAT for restaurateurs. Capital expenditures increase every year. They always increase because there are payments that must be made during the year. I do not see a corruption scheme. At the moment, GERB, BSP and ITN have an agreement not to make proposals between the first and second readings because we developed the budget together. We hope to have stabilization in the second year. Reforms that will reduce the expenditure part are yet to be made,“ the MP from ITN also said.
